Refund requests should be raised through the official communication channel with your full name, registered phone number, payment reference, and reason for cancellation. Requests raised after 3 calendar days or after execution has started may not be accepted. Approved refunds are processed after review and may take a few working days depending on payment gateway and banking timelines.
No. Pay After Job is subject to profile review and eligibility. Approval may depend on your role, expected salary, market demand, experience, communication quality, document readiness, and service suitability. Some candidates may be advised to choose an upfront pathway instead.
Because Pay After Job involves a delayed payment structure, payment authorization is required to protect the service agreement after successful placement. Depending on the model selected, candidates may be required to provide post-dated cheques (PDC), credit card authorization, or other agreed commitment instruments before or after activation.
This depends on the model selected:
  • For some one-month-salary models, PDC may be taken after job confirmation or joining alignment.
  • For installment or income-sharing structures, PDC or card authorization may be required before activation or before final onboarding.
Final terms are explained during consultation and agreement signing.
In this structure, after successful placement, the agreed service fee equals one month of your salary. This is payable within 30 days of joining, as per the service terms and payment authorization completed during onboarding.
In the deduction-based model:
  • If the visa is provided by the employer or client, the total fee may be equal to 2 months salary, payable through structured deductions.
  • If Snappyhires provides the visa-linked pathway, the fee may be structured as 20% of salary for 2 years, as per the signed agreement.
If you are under an active paid support program and secure a job independently during the active service period, the treatment may depend on the signed service terms and the type of pathway selected. This is especially important for pay-after-job structures. Final applicability should be governed by the signed agreement.
Delayed response can affect applications, interview scheduling, and execution quality. Refunds are generally not applicable for poor outcomes caused by missing documents, delayed communication, missed calls, missed interviews, or non-cooperation from the candidate side.
Pause or resumption may be possible only in selected cases and subject to internal approval. It depends on the type of plan, stage of execution, and remaining service validity. A pause is not the same as cancellation and does not automatically create refund eligibility.
In many cases, upgrades may be possible if you want additional support, visa-linked services, accommodation support, or stronger outreach. Downgrades, reversals, or price adjustments after execution begins are generally not applicable unless specifically approved.
